Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of TradersIQ ("the Service"), operated by Rushly Technologies Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17251039).

1. Nature of the service

TradersIQ is a discipline and journalling tool for traders. It helps you record trades, follow a pre-trade checklist, track psychology, and review your discipline over time.

2. No financial advice

We do not provide financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Nothing in the Service constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any financial instrument. Any insight, score or output is informational only.

3. No guarantee of profits

We do not guarantee any trading profits or outcomes. Trading is high risk and you may lose all of your capital. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and the consequences of those decisions.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to trade in your jurisdiction.

5. Subscription, billing and cancellation

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe.
• A 7-day free trial is offered to new accounts. No card is required during the trial.
• You may cancel at any time from Settings or by emailing support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain access until then.
• Refunds are not given for partial months unless required by law.
• Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: probing or attacking infrastructure, scraping, reverse engineering, sharing your account with others, or using the Service to abuse other users.

7. Account termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, abuse the Service, or fail to pay. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Danger Zone, which permanently erases your data.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rushly Technologies Limited accepts no liability for any financial loss, trading loss, lost profits or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability we cannot exclude under UK law.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, including all software and content we provide, remains our property. Your journal entries and trade data remain yours.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
