Privacy Policy

TradersIQ is operated by Rushly Technologies Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17251039) ("we", "us", "our"). This policy explains how we handle your personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

1. Data we collect

  • Account data: email address, display name, authentication identifiers.
  • Trading data: trades you log, pairs, sessions, risk, P&L, screenshots.
  • Journal entries: notes, observations and any free-text you record.
  • Psychology data: answers to checklist and psychology questions you submit per trade.
  • Usage data: pages visited, features used, device type, IP address (for security).
  • Payment data: handled by Stripe — we never see your card number.

2. Why we collect it

Solely to provide and improve the TradersIQ service — calculating your discipline score, generating reports, powering the AI coach, sending POI alerts, and supporting your account. We do not use your data for advertising.

3. Legal basis

Performance of our contract with you (providing the service), our legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention), and your consent where required (e.g. optional notifications).

4. How long we keep it

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all personal data is permanently erased within 30 days, except where we are required to retain limited records by law (e.g. payment records for 7 years for HMRC compliance).

5. Your rights under UK GDPR

  • Access: request a copy of your data (available in-app via Export My Data).
  • Rectification: correct inaccurate data.
  • Erasure: permanently delete your account and data (available in-app under Settings → Danger Zone).
  • Portability: receive your data in a machine-readable format (JSON export).
  • Objection / restriction: object to or restrict certain processing.
  • Complaint: lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

6. Sharing

We do not sell your data to any third party. We share data only with processors who help us run the service: Supabase (database & auth), Stripe (payments), OpenAI / Google AI (AI coach), OneSignal (push notifications), Twelve Data (price feeds). Each processor is contractually bound to UK GDPR standards.

7. Security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is protected by row-level security policies so users can only see their own data.
