Delete your TradersIQ account

You can delete your account and everything in it whenever you like. There are two ways to do it.

1. In the app (fastest)

  1. Sign in to TradersIQ.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Scroll down to Danger zone.
  4. Tap Delete my account, then Delete forever.

Want a copy first? Tap Export all my data in the same place.

Paying through the App Store or Google Play? Deleting your account does not cancel that. Cancel it in your phone's settings (Apple ID → Subscriptions, or Google Play → Subscriptions).

2. By email

Can't sign in? Email support@tradersiq.co.uk from the email address on your account and say you'd like it deleted.

We'll check it's really you, then delete your account within 30 days (usually much sooner) and email you when it's done.

What gets deleted

  • Your account and sign-in
  • All your trades, journal notes and screenshots
  • Your Trading Buddy chats and check-ins
  • Your plans, rules, strategies, scores, reports and price alerts
  • Your broker connections and the saved view-only passwords or tokens
  • Your community posts and comments

Deleting can't be undone. If you're on a paid card plan, deleting your account cancels it straight away so you won't be charged again.

What we have to keep

  • Payment records. Stripe (card) and NOWPayments (crypto) keep these for as long as the law requires, up to 7 years, for tax reasons.

Our backups roll off within 30 days, so after that nothing of yours is left with us.
